Delivery is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location within our courier's delivery zones.

Because we use refrigerated courier partners, we're unable to provide specific delivery times.

If no one is home, your order will be left in a safe place where possible.

Occasionally weather conditions or harvest timing affect supply. Rather than compromise on quality, we'd rather wait until products meet the standards our customers expect.

If a product is:

• Faulty
• Unsafe
• Not as described
• Past its use-by date

you're entitled to a refund, replacement or repair under Australian Consumer Law.

We don't offer change-of-mind refunds on perishable goods.

Eligible non-perishable products may be returned within 14–30 days, provided they are:

• Unopened
• Unused
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

When you place an online order, we place a temporary hold for the estimated total.

When your order is packed, the final amount may change if:

• A product is unavailable
• You choose a substitute
• Quantities vary (such as fresh produce sold by weight)
• Delivery isn't available to your address

You'll only be charged the final value of your completed order.

Occasionally stock changes before your order is packed.

If this happens we'll contact you to discuss suitable substitutions or remove the item from your order before finalising payment.
