The flour in this department are made from grains that do not contain gluten. There may however be traces of gluten present as contaminant from previous grains that have passed through the processing plant.

From time to time the items listed are not available. If you would like us to substitute a similar type of item for one that is not available when we pack your order, please let us know. Please note prices are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations.
